
Green Powered Technology (GPTech) is pleased to announce that Sinisa (Sacha) Sirovica has joined our team as Program Manager in support of A-E Services to Support Infrastructure Related Programming in USAID/Ukraine and USAID/Moldova for our United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contract.
Sacha brings 35 years of experience in global infrastructure development in the fields of energy, water resources, transportation, waste and environmental management, and project development. He grew the energy, water, and transportation core business of Burgess & Niple, Inc. to the international level. Sacha also grew the international business of IM Systems Group, Inc. His experience includes conducting feasibility studies, master planning, detail designs, project financing, and tender documents and performing construction services for hydro, solar, gas, and geothermal power projects. He also has supported flood management, meteorology, water supply, airports, buildings, landfills, and wastewater treatment activities toward the preparation of environmental impact assessments.
Sacha has worked with a variety of government and private clients worldwide. He was cofounder of an International Business Forum acting as Business Advisor to the United States Asia Environmental Partnership. In addition, Sacha is a Fullbright Scholar and member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Institute of Civil Engineers (Britain), and Air and Waste Management Association.
Sacha holds a Master of Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Surrey University, in England. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the United States and Europe.
