Green Powered Technology Awarded Global Transportation Engineering Services Contract by USTDA

In June 2017, Green Powered Technology  (GPTech) was awarded a multi-year, global contract by the US Trade and Development Agency  (USTDA) to provide transportation engineering support services and other subject matter expertise to support the Agency’s programmatic efforts in the transportation sector. GPTech will provide general engineering expertise,  support development and design of program activities,  and contribute technical advice on technologies and market trends in emerging markets in the transportation sector.

GPTech is pleased to be working with one of  the nation’s top transportation sector planning and design firms in Kimley Horn, which will provide additional reach back to its global experts to support USTDA’s objectives.  Our team will provide support in the following areas of the transportation sector:

 

  1. Aviation including but not limited to: safety, security, air traffic control, airport design
  2. Rail
  3. Intelligent Transportation Systems
  4. Ports and Shipping
  5. Other transportation sector disciplines in which U.S. industry is competitive

GPTech will also provide cross-cutting sector support on environmental and social safeguards, infrastructure resiliency, energy solutions in transportation, and information technology for transportation.
